A custom fitted Seventhwave wetsuit is tailor made to 22 of your unique measurements making it the warmest and most comfortable wetsuit you will ever own.
Our mission is to keep you in the water doing what you love for longer. Comfort and warmth is the priority and the key to that is a perfectly fitting wetsuit. Not so tight that it restricts movement making you tire faster, and not too loose that cold water continually flushes through your wetsuit keeping you cold.
A perfectly fitting wetsuit ensures maximum warmth, comfort and range of motion.
If you cannot find an off the rack size that is close to fitting well, our Custom Fit wetsuit option is the ideal remedy.
Custom fitting can be applied to most of our wetsuit range. They are hand-crafted on site at our Christchurch Headquarters by our specialist wetsuit team who between them have more than 100 years experience in crafting wetsuits.

The Production Process
I’m an irregular size so I've never had a perfect fitting wetsuit, so was stoked to be having one made by Seventhwave. The whole process from start to finish was awesome - understanding what I wanted from my suit, what conditions I would be using it in, the fitting, the communication, the service and after sale service
I got a custom wetsuit and a spring suit from you a few years ago. I live in Bali so the spring suit gets a lot of outings and I love it - in as good condition as the first day still even after being dragged around Indo - Bali, G Land and Sumatra.
