A thin, warm and comfortable NZ-made wetsuit top for kids. It can be worn on its own for warmth and wind and sun protection while surfing, swimming, boating or at surf lifesaving. It can also be worn under a wetsuit to make a big difference to how warm kids stay.

• Lightweight 0.5mm Titanium Alloy Alpha V2, a Yamamoto limestone neoprene lined with a thin titanium film that reflects body heat back and resists cold air
• Short sleeves for extra freedom, and easier to get on
• Flatlocked seams for a smooth, rash-free fit
• Comfortable recycled lycra neck
• Limestone neoprene, petroleum-free, suitable for kids who react to latex

Sizing: available in Y4, Y6, Y8, Y10, Y12, Y14 and Y16. Youth sizes generally follow standard kids’ clothing sizes. Kids come in all shapes and sizes, so if you can’t come in to try one on, email us your child’s height and weight or give us a call, and we’ll recommend the best fit.

Which is better for my child, the Viper or the Vortex?
The Vortex is our affordable, durable first wetsuit. The Viper has super-stretch arms and legs for more freedom of movement in active sports like surfing and surf lifesaving. The Viper model is a little slimmer in fitting.

Can it be worn under a wetsuit?
Yes. Wear it on its own, or under a wetsuit for extra warmth.

How do I choose the right size?
