The Seventhwave Women's Zirconium Neoprene Togs are handcrafted in Christchurch using 1.5mm Yamamoto Zirconium Superstretch neoprene — the same limestone-based neoprene used in the world's best wetsuits. The result is a one-piece that's warmer, softer, and more durable than anything you'll find on a rack.
Designed by women who surf New Zealand winters, these togs are built for real cold water. Wear them solo on a crisp summer morning, layer them under your wetsuit to extend your season, or add them as an extra layer when the southerly is howling. Cold water swimmers, triathletes, surfers, and ocean lovers across NZ and beyond have made these a year-round essential.
Why Yamamoto Zirconium? Yamamoto neoprene is made from Japanese limestone — 99.7% pure Calcium Carbonate — not petroleum. It's warmer, more flexible, longer-lasting, and latex-free, making it kinder to sensitive skin and the planet. Inside the togs, a titanium layer reflects body heat back to you, while the fluffy Zirconium lining sits next to your skin — soft, warm, and fast-drying. Two thermal layers working together, so you stay warmer for longer without the bulk.
Designed to disappear under a wetsuit: The slimline cut keeps your arms and legs completely free. No bulk, no bunching, no zips or velcro to snag. Raw-edge neck and shoulder seams deliver maximum stretch, while low-cut armholes prevent rubbing. Bound leg openings give a secure, flattering fit — whether you're layered up or going solo.
