We've found approximately a third of people don't fit a standard sized wetsuit, so if you want the best fit, maximum warmth and top performance then our Custom-Fit option is it. Custom fit can be applied to any of our wetsuit models and are hand-crafted on site to your unique requirements.

By completing our custom-order form and sending this to us with the model of suit you want, we can check it through our system and either recommend a standard size, or construct a perfect custom for you.

how to get a custom-fit wetsuit

1. Choose the model and style you like. You need to consider water temperatures in your area, the activities you're into, winter or summer (breathable seams versus sealed seams) and any other personal preferences. [Check out our FAQ for more advice]

2. Complete your order online. Choose CUSTOM as your size option. Add your suit to the shopping cart and complete the online process. You will receive an email confirming your order.

3. Complete Custom-Fit form. Download the Custom-Fit order form below, watch our 'How to measure up' video, then complete the form with your measurements. Fax or email the form to us, or call us with your info.

4. Production. We will check your order and advise you of any problems. Then we'll make your wetsuit — allow approximately 10 days for production.

5. Despatch. When we send your order, you'll receive an email to let you know that it's on the way.
