• Our International Economy Courier service delivers to PO Boxes in selected countries and rural addresses.
• Your order is tracked & traced until it reaches its destination and a signature is collected on delivery.
• Delivery target is two to six (2-6) working days.
• PO Box delivery is available in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Netherlands, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Singapore and USA.
• Please note that international orders may incur a variety of local import taxes, customs, duty, or GST/VAT. Seventhwave is not responsible for payment of any fees or charges imposed once the package reaches your country — they are not included in your payment to Seventhwave and are payable to the appropriate government agencies. If you have concerns regarding the imposition of taxes, fees or duties, please research at your end before ordering. We have found that small packages of 1/2 items seem to fly in under the radar of most government agencies.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

with your order number and we will track and trace your item/s. In the unlikely event that your item/s goes missing, Seventhwave will work with all parties to ensure the item/s is replaced.
What if the wrong item/s been sent? Or my order is damaged?
• Contact us
immediately, and we will replace the wrong item/s with the correct one. You are responsible for shipping back to the store, but we will ship the replacement to you for free.
• If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us
• Seventhwave strives for the utmost quality control. But if for some reason you find a fault or are unhappy with your item/s, please contact us
